CAMERON GUILTY OF CHILD NEGLECT ...

English: David Cameron's picture on the 10 Dow...
Image via Wikipedia
Although an act of selflessness, it is nonetheless foolish of a father to look after another's children in preference to his own. It is also foolish of a father who whatever his job, allows it to come before the well being of his children. Mr Cameron our Prime minister and father of our nation, stands guilty of child neglect.

Garry McKinnon, Richard O'Dwyer and Christopher Tappin, are children of this nation. Whatever their ages and his, they are children of David Cameron, our Prime minister. Effectively then, he has turned his back on his children. That is a shame, because any wrongs which they are supposed to have done, can be accounted for and dealt properly with, here in the UK. It is apparent that all three are owners of brilliant minds and clearly meant to do no harm.

Yes.  All three cases could have been dealt with here in the UK.  Furthermore, all three men you can be sure would willingly serve their country with their obvious intellect and skills.  The one who stands out most, although the eldest and with use of a walking stick; is technically the most able bodied.  Furthermore, he can claim to be the least guilty of a crime.  He is Mr Tappin.

In him we have a pleasant retired businessman, slightly shy and pensive.  He is clearly shocked at what he is supposed to have done some years ago, prior to retiring.  And, why shouldn't he? After all, it is clear for all to see, that on the face of it, Mr Tappin is only guilty of working during during that time. He was providing for his family, and for these, his now latter years.  His company made and sold equipment for legitimate purposes.  That others chose to use his equipment for an illegitimate cause, then surely Mr Tappin cannot be blamed.  More to the point, Mr Tappin had no idea of that breach in his promise to supply legitimate goods. He couldn't, because the breach was not of his making.

So. How can  our PM, David Cameron turn his back on our brother, family and his own son, now? He has lived a clean life, he has worked, paid his taxes, provided for his family.  And by all accounts he is a generous, respectful and respected citizen. How indeed, can a father turn his back on such a son -- or any of his children?

Therefore, Garry McKinnon and Richard O'Dwyer must be protected too. They must be saved from being sent to America; or indeed be returned from America, if they have already been sent there (one can never tell) due to folly. They MUST serve justice here.  For it is the only country where it can properly be done, and seen to be done.  This is especially as any wrong they are said to have committed was carried out on British soil.

The Irony for Mr Tappin, is that every penny he has earned and saved will be lost in America, as he tries in vain to save his good reputation, and clear his name.  The reason for this is because Mr Cameron wants to make friends with America.  The question is, 'Does America wants to make a friend of Mr Cameron?' The answer is no. Because, a friend would not make such a request of another.  Especially when the request made, is designed to make the former look good in the eyes of others.

You must remember that whatever the differences, the climate or Law, discussions and negotiations are carried out between nations, behind closed doors, daily.  The plight of these three Brits are a classic example for such a gathering of nations, talking behind closed doors. If it were done this way, all involved would be better served.  And lest we forget, the person responsible for this fiasco is the father of our nation, David Cameron our Prime minister.

You get the feeling without naming names, that terrorists, drug smugglers, domestic murderers and others of a heinous disposition, feel that they are better protected by Mr Cameron at this time.  They would be right too. Mr Cameron has wrongly turned his back on three legitimate sons -- Christopher Tappin, Richard O'Dwyer and Garry McKinnon.  It is therefore impossible for their mothers, natural fathers, relatives and friends to forgive him. I know one thing for sure, I cannot either.  Nor should you, until Mr Cameron sees sense and does what every parent should -- protect their own, above all else.

LABOUR PARTY TAKING THE MIDDLE GROUND?

Labour's logo from 2000 - 2007. Updated versio...

"I shall prepare myself.  Someday my chance will come." His chance  did come; and Abraham Lincoln, used it wisely.  Having said that, in Politics it took Honest Abe more than a decade of trials, tribulations and failures before he finally became President of the USA.  Er, eighty four years  or so, after individual  states of America had once been British Colonies.  But that's by-the-by!

Today, we see a Labour Party preparing itself for its chance to rule again. It is coming soon.  You can be sure that during his years of preparation, Honest Abe learnt from his mistakes.  Now, the only thing standing in Honest Ed Miliband's path to lead a presently leaderless Britain, is the Labour Party, itself. Yes.  Not the Coalition.  And here is why:

In times past, and at times present (although, less seldom), we see the Labour Party fighting amongst itself in public.  So fierce are the blows, you think them lifelong enemies, who could never in a million years quell their differences and work together.  Yet they'd expect the public to believe that such a disorganized lot could work harmoniously, for Joan and John Public, interests.  Of course, neither Joan, Joan nor I were convinced.  It's apparent nor did you, because the Party didn't win those elections.

If you follow both Cricket and Football, else just one or the other, you can see just why only the Labour party can defeat itself at the next General Election; be it tomorrow or whenever. England's Football team you'll note is full of geniuses.  But, instead of playing against the opposition, they play against themselves. So the lose.  On the other hand, the English cricket team has no geniuses among them. They however play for one another. And they win.

I am not advocating that the Labour party must hold the middle ground, flanked either side by Soccer and Cricket.  I am merely saying that the Labour party should quit quibbling amongst itself and start fighting tooth and nail for one and the other. Together.  First tactic,  start supporting the most able politician in Europe, Honest Ed Miliband -- although perhaps the meekest.  Accept that he is the leader (and stop searching for another, and another [and ano ... you get the point]) .  Ed is the talisman at play.  The man the team plays around.  Start giving him more credit. He has earned it. Serve the man.  Serve him the ball -- so to speak.

Second tactic, keep passing him the ball.  The next thing you know, he kicks it inside the goal posts at N0.10.  We all cheer when he brushes past Cameron the gaolkeeper; sorry, goalkeeper and throws the ball back out on the pitch. "And, the meek shall inherit the earth." Job done! Labour.

It is true that the Labour party cannot expect to win the next election if it does not believe 'in fighting'. The kind where you fight for one another.  It shall not win however if it continues its in-fighting.  The kind of fight where you fight against one another.

One for all, New Labour (still). Else NOTHING for all ( as Old Labour).  This Labour party must prepare itself for leadership of a leaderless Britain.  First however, it must learn from its past mistakes.  Experience of course, being its best teacher.
